Deleting your account

Applies to Forged Macro (iOS) and Coach Platform accounts.

In the app (recommended)

• Open Forged Macro → Settings → Delete Account.
• Confirm the request. Your account enters a 7-day pending window with the completion date shown — you can cancel the deletion anytime in that window.
• After the window, your account and data — including profile, logs, meal plans, check-ins, and check-in photos — are permanently deleted.

Without the app

Email support@forgedtemple.com from the email address on your account and request deletion. We verify ownership and process the same 7-day flow.

Things to know

• Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — manage that in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. We tell you this again in the app before you confirm.
• If you're connected to a coach, the coaching relationship ends immediately when you request deletion; any coach-funded seat is released.
• Coaches: your Stripe subscription is scheduled to cancel and your athletes get a grace window with full app access.
